No Reliance

It is the student's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the requirements and standards of any regulatory or licensing body or employer.

Construction of this Agreement

The language of all parts of this Agreement shall in all cases be construed as a whole, according to its fair meaning, and not strictly for or against any party. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut without regard to conflicts of law rules.

3rd Party Disclosure

Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

Severability

If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. Dissatisfaction If you require order replacement for any reason other than due to an error caused by us, a replacement fee in the amount of 20% of original order fee shall apply and must be remitted before replacement is issued. If you are dissatisfied with the Material or the website for any reason, then your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue accessing and using the Site - ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED
